DRAFT FUNDING AGREEMENTS
Successful funding applicants under the Trade Training Centres in Schools Program will be required to enter into a Deed of Agreement with the Commonwealth.
The following two DRAFT templates for government schools and non-government schools have been developed for proposals where the Trade Training Centre facility will be constructed on school land.
The Department reserves the right to make amendments to this draft template at any time during the application process or prior to the execution of the Deed of Agreement.
Further templates to cover other scenarios under the Program will be added to the website as they are developed.
